Right of access

You have a right to receive confirmation as to whether or not Personal Data concerning you are being processed, and, where that is the case, access to the Personal Data (as a main rule, a copy of such data will be provided). You also have the right to receive the information pursuant to Article 15 of the GDPR (compare with the information described in the section above).

If EU Organic Tea transfers Personal Data to a third country or to an international organisation, you have the right to be informed of the appropriate safeguards we apply to such transfer.

Please note that the right of rectification concerns “objective” Personal Data and not our specific (subjective) assessments. That you do not agree with an assessment that we have made does therefore not necessarily entail that you in question can require such an assessment rectified with reference to the right of rectification, unless the request concerns a fact based error, inaccuracy or similar objective discrepancy in our assessment.

Right to erasure (the “right to be forgotten”)

EU Organic Tea uses Google Analytics to analyse how users use EU Organic Tea.
